Welcome to Ritual, a strength, cardio, and health-tracking application by Kove. By using Ritual, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Overview

Ritual is a digital training, workout-tracking, and fitness-analysis application developed and owned by Kove. The App provides: workout creation & tracking, cardio session tracking, health score analysis, water logging & progression analytics, strength standards & calculators, achievements, levels, and XP, and optional premium features ("Ritual Pro"). Ritual is not a medical, health, or professional fitness service. It is a self-tracking and educational tool.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to use Ritual; however, users under applicable legal age must obtain permission from a guardian.

3. Use of the App

You agree not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer Ritual; interfere with the App's performance or security; attempt unauthorized access into any part of the App; use Ritual for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose; or resell, distribute, or frame the App or any content within it. Ritual is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App.

4. Health and Training Disclaimer

Ritual provides general fitness guidance but does not replace medical advice, professional training advice, physical therapy, or diagnostics or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting any workout program or making changes to your training routine. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Purchases and Payments

Ritual may offer in-app purchases such as Ritual Annual and Ritual Lifetime. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's payment terms apply. Kove does not directly process payments. All purchases are final. Refunds must be requested through Apple, not Kove. Access continues as long as the subscription is active. If your subscription ends, Pro features will be locked again.

6. Data, Storage, Backups

Ritual stores user data locally on the device. Deleting the App may permanently remove all stored data. Kove is not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for enabling iCloud or device backups if desired. Health, workout, and cardio data accuracy is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your use of Ritual is governed by the Ritual Privacy Policy, which explains how user data is collected, stored, and used.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including design, branding, code, themes, graphics, text, calculators, training systems, and XP and Achievement structures — are the intellectual property of Kove. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, resell, or republish any part of the App without written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

Ritual is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted app performance, bug-free experience, accuracy of predictions or health scores, achievement recognition or training outcomes, or sync or backup reliability. Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kove and its owners are not liable for injuries resulting from workouts, inaccurate fitness predictions, lost workout data, lost progress or logs, productivity or training outcomes, business or personal losses, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using Ritual.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to misuse or manipulate Ritual, or we suspect fraud or harmful activity. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Ritual evolves. Continued use of the App means you accept the latest Terms.
